My Thoughts

What a fun and interesting book My Dear Miss Dupre is! I picked up this book based on the premise alone (I mean talk about interesting!) and it did not disappoint. You know a book is good when you smile almost the whole way through and I did that with this book, in this case due to the author’s sense of humor in situations that could otherwise be awkward. I also like how Miss Dupre was a strong character with a sound mind and good wit, it made the interactions between characters even more relatable. Personally, I have never seen the bachelorette but after this book, I just might as I have heard they share similarities in their plot lines. Grace Hitchcock seamlessly interwove humor, intrigue, and faith into one beautiful book, and I am SO looking forward to the next book in the series!
