I hope I can convey my excitement for Ronie Kendig continuing her A Breed Apart Series, it is one of my favorites because of the characters and the situations she put them in.
This book truly combined all the wonderful things found in the original series (like getting to revisit a few of the characters!) the fast-paced plot along with a bunch of action, and clean romance.
The new characters we’re meeting in this book were engaging and oh so easy to connect with. I loved Crew’s personality, it was like a warm cookie! Tough on the outside and warm/loyal on the inside. Combining him with a character like Vienna and their sassy banter.. A match made in heaven if you ask me; and not to mention the star of the show the book’s namesake Havoc!
Ronie Kendig continues to amaze me with each new book. Her characters are always muti-layered and interesting. I can’t wait to see where she and her fellow authors take the rest of this series.
