My Review of REBUILDING JOY

Who does not love a good mystery? Add in the chance to see familiar characters, a small town, and a good dose of Romance… Well, call me hooked.

Regina Rudd Merrick takes us into a world we visited in the previous book (so I recommend reading this series in order) and picks up right where she left off. I Loved getting to learn more about Darcy and Del. They made for an interesting pair, and I thought their struggles to communicate and understand each other were very realistic. Both truly had to work at Rebuilding Joy in their lives.

The overall storyline was very interesting and kept my attention the whole way through. I particularly like that I was not able to see all the twists and turns coming and was rather surprised on a few of them; in a good way.

I give Rebuilding Joy 4 out of 5 stars for the great character build up, the interesting storyline, and for making me smile.
